Description of Event or Problem
THE PATIENT DEVELOPED A RASH ON THE KNEE AFTER USING THE DEVICE FOR APPROXIMATELY THREE WEEKS. THE RASH CONTINUED TO SPREAD DOWN THE SIDE OF THE PT'S LEG.
