Description of Event or Problem

A CUSTOMER STATED THE SNAP CLOSURE ON AN I-STAT CRBA CARTRIDGE IS DIFFICULT TO CLOSE. THERE WAS NO REPORT OF ANY INJURY ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPLAINT.
