Description of Event or Problem
A CUSTOMER STATED THE SNAP CLOSURE ON AN I-STAT CREA CARTRIDGE IS DIFFICULT TO CLOSE. THE CARTRIDGE SLIPPED OUT OF THE HAND OF THE OPERATOR RESULTING IN THE RELEASE OF BLOOD FROM THE CARTRIDGE.
