TRACH CARE TRAY OPENED AT BEDSIDE TO FIND THAT THE SALINE CONTAINER WAS EMPTY AND THERE IS BROWN/YELLOW COLORED, DRIED FLUID ALL OVER THE INSIDE CONTENTS. TRAY COMPLETELY UNUSABLE.
