Description of Event or Problem
THE PATIENT WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR A SMALL BOWEL OBSTRUCTION AND TO UNDERGO AN EXPLORATORY LAPAROTOMY. DURING THE PROCEDURE, A FOREIGN BODY WAS FOUND WHICH WAS THE ENEMA CAP.
