PT HAD ANODYNE TX TO FOOT FOR PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY FOR THE 13TH TIME. UPON RETURNING HOME LATER THAT EVENING FROM OUTPT CARE, HE NOTICED A BLACKENED AREA. LATER IDENTIFIED AS A BURN TO HIS FOOT SUPPOSEDLY CAUSED BY MACHINE.
