Description of Event or Problem
IT WAS REPORTED THAT THEY WERE HAVING AN INTERMITTENT MOTION ERRORS, CAUSING THE PATIENT TO BE RESCANNED. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE TX-ENCODER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. ONCE THIS WAS DONE THE UNIT IS WORKING AS INTENDED.
