DURING A BIOPSY PROCEDURE, THE FORCEPS BROKE. THE DEVICE WAS EXCHANGED AND THE PROCEDURE WAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED WITH ANOTHER FORCEPS. NO PATIENT INJURIES OR COMPLICATIONS WERE REPORTED.
