IT WAS REPORTED TO HU-FRIEDY MFG. (B)(6) THAT DURING AN ORAL SURGERY PROCEDURE, THE INSTRUMENT BROKE IN THE PATIENT'S MOUTH. THE BROKEN TIP WAS SWALLOWED.
