Description of Event or Problem
PATIENT PRESENTED TO MEDICAL OFFICE WITH BROKEN POST OP SHOE. THE VELCRO JUST FELL APART ON HER. RN GOT PATIENT ANOTHER SHOE AND THE SAME ISSUE HAPPENED WITH THE BRAND NEW ONE.
