IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE PATIENT UNDERWENT A URODYNAMIC MEASUREMENT PROCEDURE AND A SLING PROCEDURE IN 2005. POST OPERATIVELY, THE PATIENT DEVELOPED A URINARY TRACT INFECTION WAS TREATED WITH ANTIBIOTICS.
