Description of Event or Problem
IT WAS REPORTED TO COVIDIEN ON (B)(6) 2016 THAT A CUSTOMER HAD AN ISSUE WITH A LITE GLOVE. THE CUSTOMER REPORTS THE LITE GLOVES TORE AT SET UP. THERE WAS NO PATIENT INVOLVED.
