Description of Event or Problem
CUSTOMER CLAIMED TO HAVE A BURNING SENSATION AND RASH NEAR NOSE PADS WHEN WEARING A NEW PAIR OF COMPANY'S GLASSES. THEY NORMALLY WEAR COMPANY'S GLASSES WITH NO PROBLEMS INCLUDING THIS SAME STYLE.
