UNIT LEAKED DURING THE PROCEDURE AND WAS CHANGED OUT. THE PRODUCT WAS REPLACED DURING BYPASS WITH NO PATIENT COMPLICATION REPORTED OTHER THAN A MINIMAL BLOOD LOSS OF APPROXIMATELY 5 CC'S NOTED.
