Description of Event or Problem
END USER WAS SEATED ON THIS SEAT CANE WHEN ONE OF THE LEGS BROKE. HE FELL BACK AND HURT HIS WRIST AND BACK. THE INJURY WAS NOT SERIOUS AND NO MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS REPORTED.
