Description of Event or Problem
CUSTOMER ALLEGES THAT THE DOOR SEAL FOR THIS TUB IS NO LONGER ADHERING TO THE TUB DOOR AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED UNDER THE LIFETIME WARRANTY OF THE TUB.
