Description of Event or Problem
CUSTOMER NEEDS A REPLACEMENT DOOR SEAL SENT OUT UNDER THE LIFETIME WARRANTY. SEAL IS COMING APART FROM THE DOOR AND THE DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE TIGHTLY ENOUGH TO FILL WITH WATER.
