ACCOUNT STATES THAT CUSTOMER INDICATES THE SCRUB CAUSED, ALLERGIC REACTION TO A NURSE, CAUSED A SWELLING LUMP. NURSE TRIED THE SCRUB ON TWO OCCASIONS AND BOTH TIMES NURSE HAD THE SAME REACTION.
