DURING VITRECTOMY SURGERY OF LEFT EYE TWO (2) PIECES OF METAL SHAVINGS WERE VISIBLE WITHIN EYE. MAGNET UTILIZED TO REMOVE METAL. NO HARM TO PT EXPECTED.
