EXAMINATION WAS BEING PERFORMED ON A PT. THE FREE STANDING EXAM LIGHT WAS REPOSITIONED. THE MECHANICAL STOP FAILED AND THE LAMP SWUNG AROUND AND STRUCK THE PT IN THE EYE.
