Description of Event or Problem
IT WAS REPORTED, "NO BLOOD VESSEL SIGNAL FROM THE THD DOPPLER PROBE DEVICE DURING THD TREATMENT, SILENT". A NEW THD DOPPLER PROBE WAS USED AND THE TREATMENT WAS COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY.
