Description of Event or Problem
A PT RECEIVED A BURN DURING IONTOPHORESIS TREATMENT. THE DEVICE, A DUPEL UNIT, WAS USED WITH DUPEL ELECTRODES. THE PT TREATED THE BURN WITH SULFADIAZINE AND IS HEALING WITH NO REPORTED PROBLEMS.
