Description of Event or Problem
DURING REMOVAL OF BONE ANCHOR, IT WAS DISCOVERED THE LAST FEW THREADS WERE BROKE OFF THE BONE ANCHOR. THE SURGEON RECOVERED THE THREADS. PT WAS CLOSED WITH SUTURE AS USUAL.
