Description of Event or Problem
AS REPORTED TO COLOPLAST THOUGH NOT VERIFIED, PATIENT WAS IMPLANTED WITH TOROSA SALINE TESTICULAR (LARGE). LATER THE PATIENT EXPERIENCED AN EXPLANT OF THE DEVICE DUE TO DEVICE DEFLATION.
