INITIALLY IT WAS REPORTED BY ARJOHUNTLEIGH REPRESENTATIVE THAT THE CAREGIVER WAS LOWERING TUB, IT STOPPED AND SUDDENLY DROPPED ONTO CAREGIVERS RIGHT TOES. REFERENCE MFR# 9611530-2014-00009.
