Description of Event or Problem
CUSTOMER WAS RIDING UP THE STAIRCASE AND WAS NEAR THE TOP WHEN PT HEARD A LOUD NOISE AND THE STAIRLIFT ROLLED BACK DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THE STAIRS. AND STOPPED SUDDENLY.
