Description of Event or Problem
IT WAS OBSERVED THAT A PORTION OF THE DRILL BIT HAD BROKEN OFF INTO THE MEDULLARY CANAL OF THE DISTAL TIBIA AND COULD NOT BE EASILY RETRIEVED.
