Description of Event or Problem

REPORTEDLY, THE PATIENT DEVELOPED BRONCHIAL SPASM, BLUE RASH, HYPOTENSION FOLLOWING 5 ML SQ DOSE OF LYMPHAZURIN DYE. THE SYMPTOMS RESOLVED AFTER THE ADMINISTRATION OF DIPHENHYDRAMINE. NO PATIENT INJURY REPORTED.
