Description of Event or Problem
THE SPECULUM GOT STUCK IN PT BECAUSE THE RELEASING SCREW WOULD NOT RELEASE FROM THE LOCKED POSITION. THE DR USED A MIDAS REX DRILL TO FREE UP THE LOCKING PIN/SCREW AND THEN TOOK THE SPECULUM OUT.
