MFR RECEIVED A COMPLAINT THAT AN IOTRODE PH PAD LEFT A BLACK BURN ON A PT. THE BURN WAS REPORTED TO BE CIGARETTE SIZE AND TOOK APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS TO HEAL.
