AND INSTRUMENT BROKE DURING A ROBOT ASSISTED SURGICAL CASE. IT WAS SAFELY REMOVED FROM THE PATIENT. THIS CAUSED A DELAY BETWEEN ROBOT ASSISTED CASES.
