Description of Event or Problem
IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE PATIENT'S INFLATABLE PENILE PROSTHESIS (IPP) WAS NO LONGER FUNCTIONING. A SURGICAL PROCEDURE WAS PERFORMED TO REPLACE THE IPP WITH A NEW IPP TENACIO. NO PATIENT COMPLICATIONS WERE REPORTED.
