Description of Event or Problem
WHILE IN USE, SCANNING A PT, UNIT WILL LOCK UP. CAMERA HEAD WOULD NOT LOCK IN POSITION & MOVED DOWNWARD, PINNING PT'S HEAD TO THE EXAM TABLE. WITHOUT TIMELY INTERVENTION, SERIOUS INJURY WAS POSSIBLE.
