Description of Event or Problem

SNARE THAT CAME WITH PEG TUBE KIT BROKE WHILE THE RN WAS INSERTING IT. BROKEN SNARE WAS ABLE TO BE REPLACED WITH A NEW SNARE TO FINISH THE PROCEDURE. NO HARM TO PATIENT.
