IT WAS REPORTED THAT DURING A SURGERY THE DRILL BIT BROKE AND WAS SUBSEQUENTLY DISCARDED. PER COMPLAINT REPORTER THERE WAS NO HARM FOR PATIENT, OPERATOR OR THIRD PARTY. NO FURTHER INFORMATION RECEIVED.
