THE CUSTOMER REPORTED A WALL TRANSFORMER POWER CORD BROKEN IN TWO PLACES WITH EXPOSED WIRES. THERE WAS NO PATIENT/USER INJURY REPORTED. THIS REPORT WAS FILED IN OUR COMPLAINT HANDLING SYSTEM AS COMPLAINT # (B)(4).
