RN DID NOT REMOVE SOAP SUDS ENEMA CAP PRIOR TO INSERTING ENEMA INTO THE PATIENT¿S RECTUM WHICH RESULTED IN A RETAINED FOREIGN BODY REQUIRING A PROCEDURE AND SEDATION TO HAVE IT REMOVED.
