Description of Event or Problem
IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE LOOP ELECTRODE BROKE OFF INSIDE THE BLADDER OF THE PATIENT. THE DOCTOR RECOVERED THE BROKEN PART AND REMOVED IT FROM THE PATIENT. NO NEGATIVE IMPACT IN STATE OF HEALTH REPORTED.
