IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE SHIM OF A 150MM TIMBERLINE POSTERIOR LATERAL RETRACTOR BROKE AND CAME OUT OF THE BLADE INTRA-OPERATIVELY. ANOTHER RETRACTOR WAS AVAILABLE FOR USE AND THERE WAS NO PATIENT OR PROCEDURAL IMPACT.
