THE CUSTOMER REPORTED THE SALEM SUMP ANTI-REFLUX VALVE BROKE IN HALF WITH THE BLUE PORTION TRAPPED IN THE PATIENT'S NASOGASTRIC TUBE AND HAD TO BE REMOVED WITH A KELLY CLAMP.
