Description of Event or Problem
IT WAS REPORTED THAT POSIFLUSH SALINE WAS CLOUDY AND HAD PARTICLES. NORMAL SALINE PREFILLED SYRINGE WAS CLOUDY WHEN OPENED AND HAD VISIBLE PARTICLES IN IT. NOT USED.
