Description of Event or Problem

BLEW A FUSE - ORAL-B TOOTHBRUSH [DEVICE CATCHING FIRE] . CASE NARRATIVE: CONSUMER VIA PHONE STATED THAT WHEN THEY PLUGGED IN THE TOOTHBRUSH, IT BLEW A FUSE. NO INJURY WAS REPORTED.
