Description of Event or Problem
IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE ENDOSCOPY WORKSTATION HAD BROKEN CASTOR. THE ISSUE WAS FOUND DURING INSPECTION FOR USE. THERE WERE NO REPORTS OF PATIENT INVOLVEMENT.
