Description of Event or Problem
IT WAS REPORTED THAT LOOP BROKE OFF INSIDE THE PATIENT. THE LOOP COULD BE REMOVED BY THE SURGEON, BUT THE REMOVAL REQUIRED ADDITIONAL SURGICAL TIME. NO NEGATIVE IMPACT IN STATE OF HEALTH REPORTED.
