Description of Event or Problem
AFTER PRIMING THE PATIENT'S MEDICATIONS, AN AIR BUBBLE FORMED IN THE IV TUBING WITHIN THE ALARIS PUMP. DESPITE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS, THE PUMP CONTINUED TO ALARM AND REQUIRED RE-PRIMING.
