LAP SPONGES WERE ADDED TO CASE TOWARD END OF PROCEDURE AND COUNTED. RELIEF SCRUB FOUND SMALL BLACK HAIR WHILE RE-ORGANIZING. LAPS WERE SEQUESTERED, MAYO REMOVED, AND GLOVES CHANGED.
