BRUSH BROKE APART- ORAL B POWER CARE [DEVICE BREAKAGE]. CASE NARRATIVE: REPORTER VIA EMAIL STATED THAT WHILE BRUSHING THEIR SON¿S TEETH, THE BRUSH BROKE APART. NO INJURY WAS REPORTED.
