THERE WAS A SHORT CIRCUIT...BURNED MY CHARGER IT DAMAGED-ORAL-B TOOTHBRUSH HANDLE [DEVICE CATCHING FIRE]. CASE NARRATIVE: CONSUMER VIA PHONE REPORTED THAT THERE WAS A SHORT CIRCUIT, AND IT BURNED THE TOOTHBRUSH CHARGER AND DAMAGED THE CHARGER. NO INJURY WAS REPORTED
