WHILE PERFORMING MECHANICAL THROMBECTOMY WITH THE STRYKER TREVO NXT 6 X 37 MM STENTRETRIEVER THE DELIVERY WIRE DETACHED FROM THE STENT PORTION OF THE DEVICE WHICH WAS UNABLE TO BE RECOVERED.
