Description of Event or Problem
PATIENT REPORTED; HE HAD A PARTIAL KNEE REPLACEMENT WITH STRYKER ORTHOPEDICS KNEE AND HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IT. SWELLING WITH FLUIDS AND PAIN. FLUIDS WERE DRAINED BUT RETURNED. PATIENT HAS RECEIVED SHOTS OF CORTISONE.
